Devi Parvathy, MA, Ph.D in Public Administration working as Assistant Professor, Department of Public Administration and Policy Studies, Central University of Kerala. She has been awarded PhD on the topic titled Politics, Service organizations and Modernising Government Programme in Kerala. She has completed Minor Research Project titled Internationalisation of Higher Education in Kerala: A Policy and Performance Evaluation of Kerala University, MG University and Cochin University of Science and Technology sponsored by Kerala State Higher Education Council.  She has published several articles and presented papers in national and international seminars. Her areas of interest include Public Policy, Gender Issues, Urban Governance, Research Methodology, Climate Change and Women in Governance.
