Brief Profile
Dr. Dilip Diwakar G has done his M.Phil and Ph.D in Public Health from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi and MSW for Loyola College, Chennai. He has more than 15 years of experience in teaching, research and development sector. Currently he is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Social Work, Central University of Kerala. Before that, he had worked with national and International agencies like Indian Institute of Dalit Studies (IIDS), ActionAid, Aide-et-Action, Centre for Equity Studies. He has Co-authored a book titled “Caste, Discrimination and Exclusion in Modern India”, SAGE 2015. He has published more than 30 research articles in both national, international peer-reviewed journals and chapters in books with a h-index 9 and i-10 index 8. He has completed 11 research projects for government and various funding agencies. He has presented papers and been as a resource person for more than 40 national and international seminar and workshops. He has completed 4 MOOC lessons for SWAYAM platform.
