Dr. MINIMOL M. C is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Commerce & International Business of the Central University of Kerala.  She has over sixteen years of experience in teaching, evaluation and research at post graduate level in commerce and management studies. Being selected as the Master trainer and coordinator for train the trainer programme of All India Council of Technical Education(AICTE), she conducted various leadership development programmes for technical educators as part of AICTE-UKIERI Leadership development programme. She is experienced in preparing and executing funded project proposals for external agencies and conducted several research works funded by various government and non-government agencies, including, UGC and ICSSR. She served as associate professor and Dean (Research) in Rajagiri College of Social Sciences (Autonomous) before joining Central university of Kerala.  Having published more than 60 articles in refereed journals, including Scopus indexed and ABDC ranked journals, and presented papers in national and international conferences, she is strongly committed to social research. Her latest works include gender diversity and firm performance, entrepreneurial competencies and social entrepreneurship, cause related marketing, corporate social responsibility and firm performance, and Foreign Direct Investment, institutional quality and sustainability.  She is the Editor-in Chief of Rajagiri Management Journal, a UGC Care List journal published by Emerald Publishing House, UK. Her areas of interest include corporate finance, behavioural finance, and corporate governance.
