Dr. M.C. Minimol serves as the Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Commerce & International Business, Central University of Kerala, Kasaragod, Kerala. With over 19 years of teaching experience, and 18 years of research experience, Dr. Minimol has established herself as a distinguished academic in Commerce and Management. A post graduate in both Commerce and Management, she earned her Ph.D. in 2006 from the University of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram. She also served as associate professor and Dean (Research) in Rajagiri College of Social Sciences (Autonomous) before joining Central university of Kerala for about 16 years.
Dr. Minimol’s teaching portfolio spans a wide array of subjects, including Corporate Finance, Financial Derivatives and Risk Management, Financial Accounting, Accounting for managers, and business research methods. She is also passionate about nurturing research orientation among students.  An accomplished researcher, Dr. Minimol has published extensively, in peer reviewed journals with several indexed in UGC CARE List, Scopus and the Web of Science. Her citation metrics in Google Scholar and Scopus reflect the impact of her scholarly contributions to the discipline.  She has  served as the Editor-in – Chief of Rajagiri Management Journal, a  Web of Science Indexed, and UGC CARE Listed Journal Published by Emerald publishing house, UK for almost 8 years. Dr. Minimol is an active mentor, having supervised four PhD theses with six more doctoral scholars currently under her guidance. Her research interests include gender diversity and firm performance, entrepreneurial competencies and social entrepreneurship, cause related marketing, corporate social responsibility and firm performance, and Foreign Direct Investment, institutional quality and sustainability. sustainable finance, Social entrepreneurship and impact investing.
