Dr. Vinu Vikraman


Brief Profile

Dr. Vinu Vikraman received Ph. D. from Mahatma Gandhi University,
Kottayam in association with Inter-University Centre for Astronomy and
Astrophysics, Pune in 2011. He completed his M.Sc. at MG University.
After completing his Ph. D. he went to the University of Pennsylvania,
Philadelphia,  Argonne National Laboratory, University of Chicago,
Harvard University, Boston as a postdoctoral fellow. He spent most of
the time studying galaxies, dark matter, hot gas, and modified
gravity. He joined the Central University of Kerala in 2022. He
co-authored 122 publications with an h-index of 61.
