Brief Profile
Dr. Ramakrishna Bandaru is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce and International Business with 12 years of teaching experience in Commerce and Management courses. Earlier, he worked in Osmania University, Hyderabad and KIIT Deemed University, Bhubaneshwar (Odisha). He has completed MBA, M.Com, MA (Psy), B.Ed. and Qualified SET (AP). He has Awarded Ph.D from the Department of Commerce, Osmania University in 2016 and awarded Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishna Post-Doctoral Fellowship from the University Grants Commission, New Delhi in 2020. His academic interests span Research Methodology, Marketing, GST, Entrepreneurship, Skill development, Consumer Behaviour, and Managerial Economics. He has published 35 articles in various 'Scopus indexed' and 'UGC Care' Journals. He has written and published 6 text books on Marketing, Managerial Economics, Banking Theory etc. He awarded and honored with ‘8 Best Papers’ in various International and National seminars. He also awarded the 'Best Business Academic of the Year (BBAY)' with Silver Medal in 2019 (Bhubaneshwar) and 2022 (Aurangabad) respectively by Indian Commerce Association, New Delhi.
Over the years, he has served as a Resource Person for various National and International Seminars, Workshops and Webinars. He has been giving guest lectures on various topics in various institutions across the country. As a resource person, he trained many research scholars on Research Methodology and SPSS. He has organised various national and international conferences and released many edited volumes. Further, He is a reviewer and a member on editorial board of a few International Journals. He is also an editorial columnist in various English and Telugu newspapers like Eenadu, Namaste Telangana, The Hans India, etc. and written 71 columns on various issues.
He has has been performing various responsibilities in the department as the Department Placement Officer, Examination coordinator, Parent Teacher Association coordinator, etc.
