Brief Profile
Dr. M. PANDYANAYAK is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce and International Business at the Central University of Kerala. He has completed his M.com from Osmania University, M.B.A from Sri Venkateshwara University, and Ph.D. from Osmania University.
He has five years of rich experience in teaching commerce and management disciplines. He has published 12 articles in various National and International journals. He has received a Doctoral Fellowship from UGC-New Delhi. He has worked as an HoD in the Department of Commerce at PG Centre Gadwal in Palamuru University, Mahabubnagar, Telangana State. He has published a book titled "Customer Relationship Management" with Himalaya Public House, New Delhi.
