Ms. Rajitna Balakrishnan (MBA-Finance &Marketing, Bcom, UGC NET in Management) is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies, Central University of Kerala. She has experience working with Corporates like HDFC Standard Life and Birla Sunlife. She also has more than 7 years of Teaching and Research experience. She was awarded first place in Commerce during her academic years of 2002-03 & 2003-04. Her teaching interests include Entrepreneurship Development & Project Management, Marketing Management, Mergers, Acquisitions and Corporate Restructuring, Marketing Research and Financial Management. She worked as coordinator for several National Workshops. She has articles published in UGC CARE list Journals and have presented papers at several National and International conferences. She has participated in many Faculty Development Programmes and Short Term Training Programmes in Social Science Research Methods. Her current research area is in the field of Entrepreneurship and Startups.
