Dr. Ansuiya Nain is currently Assistant Professor in the Department of International Relations, Capital Centre, Thiruvananthapuram, Central University of Kerala. She has received her B.A. from University of Delhi, Gargi College. Her M.A. is in the discipline of Public Administration from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi and another Masters in Political Science from IGNOU, New Delhi. She has done her Ph.D. From Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut in Political Science on the topic, “Good Governance in the Indian Concept of Rajadharma: A Study of the Linkages and Contemporary Relevance.” Dr. Ansuiya is currently pursuing her Post-Doctoral on the topic, “Achieving Sustainable Development Goals through Yogakshama an Enquiry into Indian Sanskrit tradition and Texts.” Dr. Nain has cleared UGC-NET and has also received ICSSR Doctoral Fellowship for funding her doctoral degree. She has worked as Research Assistant in two ICSSR sponsored Major Research Projects. Dr. Ansuiya Nain is the Zonal Secretary (North) of the Indian Political Science Association and a Life Member of Indian Political Science Association as well as Member of the International Political Science Association, Montreal. Dr. Nain has completed a Certificate Course of Kautilya Political Science and Arthashastra from Gujarat Technological University and a Sanskrit Summer School by Jawaharlal Nehru University. Dr. Ansuiya has published eight research papers in journals of International repute, two edited books, four book reviews and two chapters in the edited books. She has attended more than fifty National and International Seminars and Conferences in addition to presenting paper at the World Political Science Congress, Brisbane, Australia. Her areas of interest are Ancient India, Indian Political Thought, Public Administration and Indian Knowledge Systems.
