•	Has developed and presented learning modules for Online Refresher Course for higher education faculty under Annual Refresher Programme in Teaching (ARPIT) by MHRD.

•	Has served as resource person for UGC HRDCs and various National and State level workshops and Faculty Development Programmes at School, Collegiate level and Universities. Has made several publications and presented papers at National and International conferences and seminars.
