Educational Qualifications:  Ph.D in Management Science from the University of  Mysore, ACMA (Associate Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

Research Experience:  35 years of Research experience. 20 students have obtained PhD under my guidance.  Continuously engaged in Research.

39 years of postgraduate teaching experience.  Teaching in the Department of Commerce and International Business, Central University of Kerala, from August 1, 2019 to the present day.  Prior to joining Central University of Kerala I taught in the Department of Business Administration, Mangalore University, from February 26, 1982 to July 31, 2019.  
Editorial Board Membership and Reviewer of Journals:  Editorial board of AIMS International Journal of Management and Journal of Management and Public Policy. Erasmus Mundus Scholarship on Interdisciplinary Bridges for Indo-European Studies (IBIES), under the Visiting faculty scheme of the European Commission, from April 1, 2016 to July 1, 2016.  Visiting scholar at the Faculty of Management, Warsaw University, Warsaw, Poland, and designed and taught a course on Modern Financial Markets at the Postgraduate level and collaborated with the Dean of the Faculty of Management for the research.
