The Department of Commerce and International Business School of Business Studies, Central University of Kerala, in collaboration with the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Center, organized an entrepreneurship development program - “The Way You Mould”. The program began at 10:40 AM on Tuesday, February 14th, 2023, with the University anthem. The Master of the ceremony, Ms. Nimna KC (Student, First-year M.Com ), began the session by saying, “Build your dreams, or someone else will hire you to build theirs”. Then the Master of ceremony welcomed Professor. H. Venkateshwarlu (Honorable Vice Chancellor, Central University of Kerala), Professor (Dr) Ravi Kumar Jasti, (Head, Department of Commerce and International Business) the resource person Mr Shareef BC (CEO of Grand Hypermarket Qatar) Professor V Balachandran, (Dean, School of Business Studies).

Then the master of ceremony welcomed Dr. K Sravana (Associate professor, Department of Commerce and International Business) to deliver the welcome speech. She began her welcome speech by talking about what entrepreneurship is. Doctor K Sravana welcomed Professor V Balachandran and Professor Ravi Kumar Jasti, the pillar, and backbone of the department. Later she welcomed the resource person Shareef BC, all the faculties of the Department of Commerce and International Business, and all the students from the department and outside the university.
